  22. You'll be extremely fortunate to get a 28.8 connection, let alone one at 33.6. 
  23. However, the new chips are supposed to result in higher connect rates than 
  24. modems with the previous chips. My modem connects to my ISP at the same rate 
  25. with the new chip as the old one. I see no improvement at all.
